The questionnaire is from Dr. Eileen Aron's book "A Very Sensitive Person".
For each saying, check how true it is for me.
12 correct sayings or more imply that there is a very high chance that you are a very sensitive person.
Even if you didn't reach 12 sayings, but there are several sayings that are very true for you, you may be a very sensitive person.
I seem to be aware of subtleties in my surroundings
The moods of others affect me

On busy days I feel the need to retire to the side, to bed, to a dark room, or anywhere where I can find a little privacy and relief from external stimuli

I feel unpleasant hyperarousal when many things happen around me
An intense feeling of hunger makes me react strongly and affects my concentration or mood

The need to organize my life, so that I can avoid situations that would cause me worry or overwhelm, is a high priority for me
